I am a certified veteran (10+ years) Mandarin educator currently based in Chicago, U.S.
I have a strong passion for teaching Mandarin, learning about different cultures and languages, and traveling.

Born and raised in Beijing, China. Have been living in the U.S. since 2009.

Worked as Mandarin/ESL Teacher at PreK-12 schools, International Student Advisor, Material Writer for a language learning app, and Educational Consultant.

Solo traveled to 30+ countries around the world, explored cultures, and learned the value of connecting people and cultures through language.

Lived in Mexico for 5 months in 2022. Currently learning and improving my Spanish.
